1 Achieving a “Zero Breakthrough” in the Capital Market
Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SinoHytech”) was recently formally listed on the “New Three Board” and it became the first China hydrogen energy stock to achieving a “zero breakthrough” for China hydrogen energy companies in the capital market.
Since its establishment, SinoHytec has been being committed to development and industrialization of fuel cell power systems, as well as operation and planning of hydrogen energy infrastructures. Its technical team has experiences (more than ten years) in research and development of new energy vehicles and forms internationally advanced and domestically leading fuel cell power system products with the core intellectual property rights, which are suitable for various vehicles including the tramcars, large and medium-sized passenger cars and logistics vehicles and were successfully put into operation in a few demonstration projects such as Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Singapore Youth Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo. The fuel cell power system was successfully put into operation in the first world hydrogen fuel-cell tramcar in 2014. Nowadays, SinoHytec’s fuel cell power system series products overcome the two major issues (life and cost) so that it shall have the design plan and industrialization ability in the whole hydrogen energy value chain such as vehicles, filling stations and standby power sources to lay a solid foundation to achieve the commercialization of fuel cell vehicles.
The fuel cell vehicle power system solution is one of its core business items; and its core is the fuel cell engine and it is made up of the fuel cell engine and the power battery electric-electric hybrid system to provide customers with a complete set of solutions integrating analysis of system configuration, system integration, power system optimal control and engineering services. Currently, the primary customers are domestic passenger car manufacturers including those well-known car companies such as Foton, Yutong and King Long. Its fuel cell engines were put into the small-scale commercialization and promotion stage; and SinoHytec signed fuel cell bus supply and marketing agreements with some car companies.
Since Toyota released the first world hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (Mirai) in batch production on December 15, 2014, the hydrogen fuel cell car market was officially activated. Therefore, 2015 is regarded as the first year in the fuel cell car market, SinoHytec’s listed on the “New Three Board” may be described as rising abruptly based on its accumulated strength and adapting to the terrain it lands in. SinoHytec as China first hydrogen energy listed company claimed its being committed to become an international first-class fuel cell vehicle engine manufacturer, hydrogen energy industry ecosystem pioneer and strategic partner for new energy vehicle companies.

2 Construction and Operation of Infrastructures
Construction and operation of hydrogen energy infrastructures is another one of its core business items, which actually perform operation and management of China first vehicle hydrogen filling station (integration of hydrogen production and storage as well as hydrogenation) - Beijing Hydrogen Filling Station; and it has been one of two hydrogen filling station under operation by far. Beijing Hydrogen Filling Station is a fuel cell urban bus demonstration project jointly funded by United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Global Environment Facility (GEF), was awarded as the first International IPHE Technical Achievement Prize and successfully provided support services for demonstration operation of fuel-cell vehicles for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Beijing Hydrogen Filling Station has symbolic significance to layout of the domestic hydrogen energy industry and provides important experiences and data supports for construction of the hydrogen filling stations and hydrogen energy power stations for domestic follow-up vehicles.
Currently, Beijing Hydrogen Filling Station has been named as a project for research and demonstration of key technologies of the hydrogen energy supply chain for fuel cell vehicle by Beijing Science and Technology Commission, which will be put into large-scale operation after completion of transformation and serve Beijing-Zhangjiakou Olympic Games.

         3 Cooperation with Yutong
SinoHytec and Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yutong Group”) signed a letter of intent for 100 hydrogen fuel cell buses on April 6. SinoHytec and Yutong Group said that there was a third party cooperation customer being willing to purchase 100 fuel cell buses by far, which may be put into social operation after their delivery.
In accordance with contents of the letter of intent, SinoHytec will develop new energy buses powered by hydrogen fuel cells together with Yutong Group and provide hydrogen fuel cell systems and vehicle hydrogen supply systems; on the other hand, Yutong Group will be responsible for development of the entire vehicles. Yutong’s 100 hydrogen fuel cell buses will primarily utilized for inter-city passenger transport, tourism and group shifts and so on in the future. It is reported that SinoHytec and Yutong Group once jointly developed 12m urban hydrogen fuel cell buses and such cooperation laid a solid foundation for their further cooperation. Singing this letter of intent means they will integrate the advantageous resources and give full play to their technical advantages to jointly and actively promote the industrialization of fuel cell buses.
