The 3rd Sino-Korean LNG Fuel Ship Forum(图1)
     The 3rd Sino-Korean LNG Fuel Ship Forum jointly sponsored by China LNG Association and Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS) was held in Korean Pusan a few days ago. Those representatives from KOGAS, SAMCHULLY, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Daewoo Shipbuilding, Samsung Heavy Industries, ST X Marine and Shipbuilding, GS Energy, SK, Wartsila, Lolo,
China Classification Society, Det Norske Veritas, Korean Register, American Bureau of Shipping, South Korean Gas Association and other companies attended this forum.
       Mr. LI Shuwang (the vice president of ENN Energy) presented his speech-Suggestions on ENN Ship LNG Business Progress and Sino-Korean Project Cooperation and gave the detailed analysis of the policy environment and development trends of ship LNG development during the period (China “13th Five-Year Plan”); moreover, he shared ENN’s LNG business practice in mobile filling, new power ships, harbor development and other fields and put forward business cooperation ideas of Sino-Korean roro passenger ships to obtain concerns and active responses from attendants. At the same time, Mr. LI Shuwang answered related issues on ENN energy business and ship LNG development under concerns of Sino-Korean attendants in the special expert interactive Q-A link during the forum period.
      Leaders of China Yingkou Port and its Pankorea Yingkou Ferry Co., Ltd were invited by ENN Energy to attend this forum and held the 3-party workshops together with ENN Energy and KOGAS to discuss cooperation on LNG fuel application items of Yingkou – Inchon Sino-Korean ro-ro passenger ships.
      According to information, “Sino-Korean LNG Fuel Ship Forum” was held alternatively in China and Korea every year since 2014 to develop cooperation on premise of mutual trust and progress for companies of both countries and promote continuous the environmental protection progress by means of LNG power. This forum is to strengthen technical exchange and study of shipbuilding, marine transportation and LNG fuel power ships for Sino-Korean companies, especially application and promotion of LNG power ships in Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea Regions for China and Korea.
