We received your application(Request for Instructions on no Approval of Industrial Product Permit License for Preparing Dangerous Chemicals—such as Self-Use Industrial Nitrogen/Hydrogen) during production processes (Tianjin Licensing Office [2015] No. 5). Through researching, the reply is as follows:
All self-production or self-use medium products (such as industrial nitrogen and hydrogen) from non-dangerous chemical production companies shall not be sold in market; and the safety production supervision authority shall not issue the safety production licenses; moreover, they also be listed in dangerous chemical production companies under supervision. In accordance with requirements of Regulation on Administration of Production Licensing of Industrial Products and its detailed implementation rules, production licensing of industrial products shall not be necessarily issued.
