Issuance of Blue Book on China Hydrogen Energy Industry Infrastructure Development
The Resources and Environment Branch of China National Institute of Standardization and the Fuel Cells Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association jointly held China Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Summit Forum in Yunfu, Guangdong on October 28, 2016, and Blue Book on China Hydrogen Energy Industry Infrastructure Development (hereinafter referred to as Blue Book) was issued.
The Blue Book further analyzed the present development situations, existing issues and development prospects in China hydrogen energy industry infrastructure. And clarify the development goals and primary tasks for the 3 stages, namely the near future 2016 ~ 2020, the medium-term 2020 ~ 2030 and the long-term 2030 ~ 2050. Moreover, it also put forward the development roadmap the first time, and some policy suggestions on speeding up development of the hydrogen energy industry infrastructure.
According to the roadmap plan of Blue Book, the development of China hydrogen energy industry infrastructure will have been a major breakthrough by 2020, and the hydrogen production output scale, using by means of energy, will have been up to 72 billions m3, there have been up to 100 hydrogen filling stations, 10,000 fuel cell vehicles and 50 hydrogen energy track vehicles, respectively. The total industry output will have been up to RMB 300 billions Yuan. The hydrogen energy industry will have become a major part of China's new economic growth area and new energy strategy by 2030, and the industry output will have been up to above RMB 1,000 billions Yuan, and there will have been up to 1,000 hydrogen filling stations, 2,000,000 fuel cell vehicles and 3000km high pressure hydrogen long-distance pipelines, respectively. The perfect degree of the infrastructure technical standard system for the hydrogen energy industry will be very close to that of the developed countries, and the development of the hydrogen energy and fuel cell inspection technologies and construction of service platforms shall provide effective supports for the development of the hydrogen energy industry.
Blue Book were organized and implemented by China National Institute of Standardization and National Committee on Hydrogen Energy of Standardization Administration of China, and jointly prepared by China National Institute of Standardization, Zhejiang University, Tongji university, Beijing Low-carbon Clean Energy Research Institute of Shenhua Group, Shanghai Sunwise New Energy System Co., Ltd. and Glory World (Beijing) Low-Carbon Economy Technology Center. Blue Book includes the comprehensive and systematic information and scientific and precise analysis to provide guidance for the rapid development of China hydrogen energy industry infrastructure.
