China Industrial Gases Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as CIGIA) and GAS NETWORK jointly held 2016 Summit Forum on “Internet+” & “Structural Reform of Supply-front” in Shanghai on August 22. Mr. PU Chungan, the Secretary-general of CIGIA, Mr.LIU Weiwei, the Chairman of Jiangsu GAS NETWORK, Mr. ZHOU Lianyuan, the Secretary-general of the Hydrogen Professional Committee of CIGIA, Mr.HUANG Jing, the President of Ufida Communication Co., Ltd., Mr.REN Jie, the vice-general manager of Shanghai Kejian Technology Co., Ltd., Mr.LIU Dong from Beijing Beiyang Special Gases Institute, Mr.LUO Jinhua from Shenzhen Hongzhou Gases Co., Ltd. and so on attended this activity. Mr.PU Chungan presided over this forum.
At this forum, Mr.PU Chungan emphasized in his speech of Analysis on the Structual Reform of Supply-front for China Industrial Gases Industry, that we shall do our best to avoid any repeated construction, eliminate or drop out the backward production capacity for the continuous development of the gases industry, and we shall promote effectively solution of the excess capacity of the gases industry, moreover, we shall study, implement and enrich the 13th Five-Year Plan for the gases industry and adhere to the gases+ to promote the sustainable development of the industry, and utilized the internet technology to rationally optimize allocation of the logistics resources and reduce the logistics costs, and we may help those companies to keep their competitive advantages. We shall utilize the huge data software tools to promote the development and informatization processes of the traditional gas companies, and we shall establish an efficient and intelligent management operating system to realize the people-centered social management and promote our independent development. We shall greatly promote the scientific and technological, intelligent and business model innovations. We shall adhere to the industrial integration and promote the efficient development to strive to realize intellectualization of the full-chain whole system integrating research and development, design, logistics, purchasing, production control, business management and marketing, and we shall contribute to the intellectualization transformation for the gases industry.

He reported the special characteristics of the industrial gases industry and put forward the GAS NETWORK solutions, solidifying the industry informatization basis, improving the industry profitability by means of the cross boundary operation methods, opening sources and saving costs by group-buying gases industry necessities and raw materials, to reform the industry structure.
